Who should take this course?
Anyone who wants to try something new. If you are already interested in dance, or stage work, or you have a desire to understand more about yourself, then the intensive course is definitely for you. As Maxim himself says "this is a health intensive", which means it will benefit everyone.
Maxim Didenko
THEATRE DIRECTOR, Choreographer, Acting Teacher
His background and techniques are very much attached to the experience he gained in the physical theatre company Derevo (St Petersburg/Dresden) where he was a performer, dancer, and collaborator for 5 years. He continues to improve technics he gained in his teaching further throughout the years. Being a profound theatre director and staging in numerous theatres around the world, Maxim is also interested in teaching where he gives an opportunity to participate to anyone who is open to exploring new practices.

How does the course look like?
It is an intense training of new body movements and expressions, deep exploration of the boundaries and abilities
About the course
The program is built by Maxim Didenko himself and includes 16 hours of practical exercises that will involve your whole body
During the course, you will be curious as a child. You will explore the abilities of your body you knew nothing about. Did you walk on the walls or did you catch a jumping man in your hands? You will!
Together we will learn the basic techniques of body awareness and widen the frames of your possibilities.
We will dive into the deep self-exploration and embodiment.
